SMMR（夏午生活股份有限公司，下稱「我們」）重視您的隱私與個人資料保護。本隱私政策說明當您使用 SMMR 網站、會員服務、購物服務、Google 登入或其他相關功能時，我們如何蒐集、使用、儲存、分享與保護您的資料。

一、我們蒐集的資料

1. 您主動提供的資料：姓名、電子郵件、電話、收件地址、訂單資訊、付款與配送相關資訊、客服聯繫內容。
2. 會員與登入資料：帳號登入紀錄、會員狀態、購物紀錄、優惠券或活動參與紀錄。
3. Google 使用者資料：當您選擇使用 Google 登入時，我們可能會透過 Google OAuth 存取您的基本 Google 帳戶資料，包括姓名、電子郵件地址、Google 帳戶唯一識別碼與個人頭像。除非另行明確告知並取得授權，我們不會存取您的 Gmail、Google Drive、Google Calendar、Google Photos 或其他 Google 服務內容。
4. 技術與使用資料：IP 位址、裝置資訊、瀏覽器類型、Cookie、網站瀏覽紀錄、互動紀錄與流量分析資料。

二、Google 使用者資料的使用方式

我們使用 Google 使用者資料僅限於提供與改善使用者可見的服務功能，包括：

1. 讓您使用 Google 帳戶註冊或登入 SMMR 會員帳號。
2. 建立、驗證與管理您的會員身份。
3. 協助您更方便地使用會員、購物、訂單查詢與客服功能。
4. 維護帳號安全、防止詐欺、濫用或未經授權的存取。
5. 在您同意或法律允許的範圍內，提供與 SMMR 服務相關的通知或客服支援。

我們不會將 Google 使用者資料用於廣告投放、再行銷、個人化廣告、信用評分、貸款目的、出售資料、資料仲介、資訊轉售，或訓練 AI / ML 模型。

三、資料分享與第三方服務

我們不會出售 Google 使用者資料。我們僅在以下必要情況分享或處理資料：

1. 電商平台、金流、物流、客服、電子郵件、簡訊或網站代管服務供應商，僅為提供訂單、付款、配送、會員、客服或網站營運所需。
2. 分析與安全服務供應商，用於網站流量分析、系統安全、防詐欺與服務改善。
3. 法律要求、政府機關、法院命令或為保護我們、使用者或第三方合法權益時。
4. 若公司發生合併、收購、資產移轉或重組，我們會在法律要求與必要範圍內處理資料，並保護使用者權益。

所有第三方服務供應商僅能依照我們的指示與服務目的處理資料，不得將 Google 使用者資料用於其他目的。

四、資料儲存與保護

我們採取合理且適當的安全措施保護您的資料，包括存取權限控管、系統安全管理、加密傳輸、帳號權限限制、資料備份與內部管理程序。我們會盡力防止資料遭未經授權存取、使用、修改、揭露、遺失或毀損。

五、資料保存與刪除

我們只會在達成本隱私政策所述目的、提供服務、履行合約、符合法律或會計保存義務、處理爭議、維護安全或執行合法權益所需期間保存您的資料。

Google 使用者資料會在您的 SMMR 會員帳號存在期間保存；若您要求刪除帳號或撤回 Google 授權，我們會在合理期間內刪除或匿名化不再需要保存的 Google 使用者資料，除非法律要求或允許我們保留特定資料。

六、Cookie 與網站分析

七、使用者權利

SMMR, operated by 夏午生活股份有限公司 (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your information when you use the SMMR website, membership services, shopping services, Google Sign-In, or other related features.

1. Information We Collect

1. Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping address, order information, payment and delivery-related information, and customer service communications.
2. Account and login information: account login records, membership status, purchase history, coupons, and campaign participation records.
3. Google user data: when you choose to sign in with Google, we may access your basic Google account information through Google OAuth, including your name, email address, Google account unique identifier, and profile photo. Unless separately disclosed and authorized, we do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Photos, or other Google service content.
4. Technical and usage data: IP address, device information, browser type, cookies, website browsing records, interaction records, and analytics data.

2. How We Use Google User Data

We use Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing service features, including:

1. Allowing you to register or sign in to your SMMR member account with your Google account.
2. Creating, verifying, and managing your member identity.
3. Helping you use membership, shopping, order tracking, and customer service features more conveniently.
4. Maintaining account security and preventing fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
5. Providing SMMR service-related notices or customer support where permitted by your consent or applicable law.

We do not use Google user data for advertising targeting, retargeting, personalized ads, credit scoring, lending purposes, selling data, data brokerage, information resale, or training AI / ML models.

3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell Google user data. We share or process data only where necessary, including:

1. E-commerce platform, payment, logistics, customer service, email, SMS, or website hosting providers, solely for orders, payments, delivery, membership, customer support, or website operations.
2. Analytics and security service providers for website analytics, system security, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
3. Where required by law, government authorities, court orders, or to protect the lawful rights of us, users, or third parties.
4. In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or restructuring, data may be handled as legally required and necessary while protecting users’ rights.

All third-party service providers may process data only according to our instructions and service purposes, and may not use Google user data for any other purpose.

We work to prevent unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure, loss, or destruction of data.

Google user data is retained while your SMMR member account exists. If you request account deletion or revoke Google authorization, we will delete or anonymize Google user data that is no longer necessary within a reasonable period, unless we are required or permitted by law to retain certain information.
